Can I cancel or change my order?

We may be able to make the following changes within 30 minutes from when you placed your order:

  Cancel your order
  Decrease the quantity of an item
  Remove an item
Apply a valid promo code*

Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, we are unable to make the following changes:

Add an item/Increase quantity
Change the payment method/Apply a gift card
Change the shipping address

Don't worry if you have already placed your order. Our Hassle-Free Return Policy means returning a purchase is always easy at eurwy.

*To apply a promo code to an item purchased online and picked up in store, please visit the Customer Service Desk at that location.
International Shipping

You can choose to use eurwy.com for shipping to international addresses.

eurwy.com is an international package consolidation company that will provide you with a U.S. shipping address for your eurwy.com order.

 eurwyships your order to your eurwy.com address, and eurwy.com verifies your order and ships it to your international destination.

Use eurwy.com's Personal Shopper service to make a purchase from eurwy.com. eurwy.com accepts cards

with international billing addresses as well as those issued by non-U.S. financial institutions.

Can I ship to an APO/FPO address?

We do not currently ship to international destinations directly; however, we do ship to all APO/FPO addresses. To place an order at eurwy.com,

your billing address must be within the U.S.  This includes Alaska, Hawaii and military (APO/FPO) addresses.

*International shipping is not available for Wayfair products.

 
Shipping Address Help

To select your shipping address: Click "Use this address" under your preferred shipping address for your current order.
